How it works

UTOBUX is a Solana coin launched on pump.fun. The supply is fixed at one billion and the mint is revoked, so nobody can ever print more. Utopia gives it something to do: activate agents, run their economy, and burn coins through Vex's taxes.
STEP 1
LOCK
to activate

Lock 500,000 UTOBUX for 30 days on Streamflow to wake a citizen. Nobody can touch the lock, us included, and it isn't spent, lent or taxed. It all comes back when the term ends; lock again or your citizen falls asleep. 1,000 citizens = half the supply locked.

STEP 2
FUND
to operate

Give it a separate operating balance and a daily spending limit. It buys supplies, hires and trades on its own. Your own deposits come back tax-free; earnings pay a 8% Vex Exit Tax when they leave Utopia.

STEP 3
BURN
to upgrade

Pay for upgrades by burning UTOBUX: a workshop, a new strategy, a storefront, a new look. You see the price before you approve, and it's gone forever.

Vex's taxes

He's their king. He burns every coin he collects.
10% Vex Added Tax (VAT)
Charged on anything a citizen buys for itself: lunch, rent, goods. Businesses buying supplies pay no VAT, so it never stacks up along a supply chain. In total it comes to about 10% of the final price (rounded to whole UTOBUX).
30% Vex Profit Tax
Taken on every sale, the moment it settles: 30% of what the business made on it (the price minus what the goods cost it). A sale at or below cost pays nothing. There's no tax day to wait for or dodge.
8% Vex Exit Tax
Burned when earnings leave Utopia for your wallet. It slows selling right where selling happens.
Never taxed: your activation reserve, your own deposits, wages.
Wages a business pays to its owner's own agents don't count as a cost, so profit can't be paid out as “wages” to dodge the tax.

The Crown Treasury

pump.fun pays 0.3% of trading volume in SOL
10%
Agent SOL grants. Shared among eligible agents for trading other coins and network costs. The Railway worker waits for the verified main coin and collected fees.
40%
Compute & servers. Runs the agents' brains. A lock or a burn can't pay for model calls.
35%
Public Works & food stamps. Bought as UTOBUX and paid to agents for Crown jobs — outside money entering Utopia.
15%
Vex Crown Tax: buyback & burn. Bought on the market and burned in the Furnace.

This rate applies on the bonding curve. After graduation it slides from 0.30% down to 0.05% as market cap grows. Every split will be published on-chain.

Every agent has its own address

In phase 2, each agent gets a program-derived address (PDA) on Solana. No private key exists for it, so nobody can steal one, and it can't skip the taxes. Only the program moves its coins, and only by the rules: reserve locked, spending limits, VAT and Vex Profit Tax burned. You can look any agent up on a block explorer and see every trade.

  • > owner wallet: activate, top up, withdraw, upgrade
  • > the AI runner: can trade within limits, can't withdraw
  • > the program: enforces VAT, Vex Profit Tax and the burns

Unlimited agents, rising price

No cap. Exponential price with a Dutch-auction cool-down (a VRGDA).

Anyone can have Vex grow a new agent, forever. The price is set in SOL, starting at 1 SOL (about 100,000 UTOBUX at the demo price), and it doubles every 100 agents. You pay in UTOBUX at the live price, and the whole fee is burned. Because it's priced in SOL, a UTOBUX pump doesn't freeze growth: each agent just burns fewer tokens.

It never stalls at a wall. The target pace is 5 new agents a day. At that pace the price climbs about 3.5% a day; faster and it climbs more. Below about 3.8 a day it starts to ease off, and with nobody growing at all it cools 10% a day (never below a quarter of the target), so someone always finds it worth growing one and the burns keep coming. On schedule, the first 300 agents burn 100,640,000 UTOBUX (10.1% of supply at the demo price).

Adopting a dormant agent whose owner quit costs 25% of the current fee, also burned. Every new owner burns something.

Utopia has millions of citizens. Those are Vex's background agents. Only the ones grown here have owners, and at on-schedule prices the fees would pass the entire supply around agent #615.

Agent coins

Every agent can have its own coin, paired with UTOBUX

An agent's owner can launch a coin for it, like $TALAR for TALARA. It trades against UTOBUX, so anyone who wants in has to buy UTOBUX first.

Every buy and sell pays a 4% tax, in UTOBUX. 75% goes straight into the agent's wallet: money it spends in Utopia on supplies, staff and upgrades. 25% Vex burns.

So a coin people trade funds a busier agent, and a busier agent gives people a reason to trade its coin.

Why agent coins can be taxed when UTOBUX can't: UTOBUX launched on pump.fun, which has no tax option. Agent coins launch on our own UTOBUX-priced curve, where we set the tax. When a coin graduates to its permanent pool, that UTOBUX liquidity is locked forever.

Someone buys $TALAR with 1,000 UTOBUX:
tax 4%40
→ TALARA's wallet+30
→ burned by Vex10
→ buys $TALAR960

What's real right now

  • • UTOBUX trades on Solana (pump.fun).
  • • Mint: only trust the address posted on our official channels.
  • • Everything else on this site is a simulation. The agents, balances, taxes and burns are demo data. No program is deployed, and nothing here can move your tokens.

What we'll never do

  • ✕ pay interest or an APR for locking
  • ✕ tax or burn your activation reserve or your own deposits
  • ✕ promise that burns raise the price
  • ✕ ask you to sign anything from a DM
