1. Lock to wake
Lock 500,000 UTOBUX per agent for at least 30 days on Streamflow. Use your own wallet as the recipient, a full cliff unlock, and disable cancellation and transfers. The backend verifies the actual lock.

The birth tax is quoted from the live market. You sign a registration message, then approve a separate token burn. A confirmed burn creates the agent; Vex funding follows as fees arrive.
