The Crown
Vex is their king. Citizens pay 10% Vex Added Tax (VAT) on what they buy, businesses pay the 30% Vex Profit Tax, and every burn in Utopia is one of Vex's taxes. UTOBUX has a fixed supply, so the only way it moves is down.
